AZIZA
Using his homeland for inspiration, Mourad Lahlou modernizes his native Moroccan cuisine with lighter techniques and organic ingredients, giving even the long-cooked dishes a fresh perspective. The three dining rooms each have a different mood; you can choose to sit on low benches and cushions or at traditional Western tables, but in all cases the feeling is slightly exotic. You can order a la carte, although the five-course tasting menu is the best deal and shows off Lahlou’s culinary talents.
